How do I feature my Property that is for sale or for rent?
Log in or create an account with us then go to the property page, you will be able to search for your property and enhance it within the search results.

How can I get my property to show at the top of the search results?
To position your property at the top of our search results, you’ll need to get in touch with your chosen estate agent who can book to feature your property within our search results pages.

Why would I want to become a member?
Members of the new propertynews.com can avail of many features, including:

• Save your favourite properties
• Add notes to properties. This is particularly useful when shortlisting or after a viewing when you want to be able to recall certain things, such as the work needed (re-decorating, potential issues that will cost money to remedy, etc).
• My Important Places. Add your important places and then you will be able to auto-calculate the distance from these places from every property that you view.
• Email alerts. Get alerted instantly when a property becomes available. Never miss out on your dream home again.

How do I set-up an alert to receive emails about new properties?
Conduct a search on the new website and you will be prompted to “Create alert” or “Save Search”. You will then be asked about the frequency of the alerts. An instant alert lets you know exactly when a property goes live on our site. Never miss out on a property by using this feature. You can also setup other frequencies, such as daily and weekly alerts. You can also view and amend your saved searches and alerts in the members area.

How to do I stop receiving email alerts?
You can stop receiving email alerts by logging into your member account, and then clicking on ‘Saved Searches and Alerts’. You can also click “unsubscribe” at the bottom of any email alert you receive from us.
