Forming UTV building, Havelock House in south Belfast will become student accommodation after being recently purchased by a developer. This distinctive building sits on the City Centre end of the Ormeau Road.
Havelock House was acquired by Olympian Homes who have recently finished a student accommodation. Olympian Homes built a 474-bedroom development of student housing at Great Patrick Street, close to the new Ulster University campus in the city.
