Propertynews.com, owned by Independent News & Media Ltd, part of a leading global media and communications group, currently has a temporary vacancy for a Project Manager (Digital) to oversee the development of Estate Agency software
Summary Job Description
• Drive the development of Estate Agent software for Propertynews.com through to delivery;
• Assist with finalising specification documents through liaison with the property Industry and competitor research;
• Liaise with commercial team to ensure product development is in line with business needs;
• Liaise with Development team to ensure progression of project within agreed timescales and budget, review and test quality of product at each stage of development prior to launch ;
• Assist with the roll out of the product to support team, sales team and customer base;
• Create training and sales literature for software;
• Assist where necessary with overall sales and administrative functions relating to Propertynews software and other INM products
Experience / Skills required:
• Ideally a minimum of 3 years relevant experience in project management / product development within the digital industry or alternatively knowledge of the Estate agency industry or Estate agency software products;
• In-depth digital knowledge;
• Good time management;
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills – both written and verbal;
Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
Desirable:
• A degree in business, marketing, IT or other related subject
