Stuart Blair, Business Development Executive from Property News gave a guest lecture on the 25th October 2016 to local estate agents completing a Diploma in Property at SERC Bangor. He discussed the importance of Digital Marketing for individual properties, brand awareness and social media for estate agents.

“The Diploma really helped to comprehend the core principles and to develop my skills set that I was able to utilise in my roles in the Estate Agency businesses and now subsequently at Propertynews, NI’s leading property portal.
I hope my presentation gave Estate Agents some food for thought and an interesting insight into how they can embrace evolving digital technology in their operations and service provision to vendors. I would like to thank SERC for this opportunity, firstly to undertake the course, and then subsequently to come back and share my experiences”.
