Property recovery, An estate agent’s view


As Northern Ireland’s housing market finally shows sparks of life, Neill Murphy of Belfast estate agents Michael Chandler gives his view of the state of the market. Latest data shows residential property prices rose by 4% between January and June, making the average property worth £105,000. Prices are now 10% higher than they were a year ago.
