Property Ladder – Pinpoint Accuracy in Re-brand

Share

LEADING local estate agents Morton Pinpoint has re-branded to Pinpoint Property in an investment worth over £250,000.

The re-brand strategy includes a company consolidation, which sees three branches — Cregagh, Lurgan and Andersonstown — relocate to a new, cutting-edge, large double fronted; two floor space on the Lisburn Road and a further new office on the Cavehill Road.

A new website and three branded vehicles are also part of the investment. Nicholas Brennan, Managing Director of Pinpoint said: “This is a very exciting time for the company and something that has been on the cards for some time.

“The housing and rental markets have been recovering in recent years and a professional, multichannel offering is what our clients tell us they want.

“As a result we felt the need to consolidate and streamline the company and give our Lisburn Road office a bigger presence – our new unit is treble the size of our previous and the layout and design is absolutely cutting-edge.”

Pinpoint was founded in the late 1990s and quickly established itself in the local property market.

In 2007 the company acquired Brian Morton & Co — once Northern Ireland’s largest network of estate agents — creating Morton Pinpoint. Since then the business has continued to grow, adding further expertise and specialised knowledge through acquisitions, strategic alliances and mergers.

The company employs over 30 staff and is recognised by the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.

Adds Mr Brennan:“As a business we are continually working on ways to stay ahead of the competition– one of our unique selling points is that we have our own RICS surveyor in-house, which enables us to offer professional services such as surveys and vesting and bank valuations.

We also have our own dedicated maintenance service.”
