Gerry O’Connor Estate Agents has welcomed Johnny Steen as the company’s new Director of Sales.
Johnny brings over 20 years experience in the local Estate Agency sector to the company.
He began his career as a Queen’s University graduate in 1998 and quickly progressed to Director level with vast experience across sales, rentals, new developments, marketing, staff development and training.
As a member of the Institute of Professional Auctioneers and Valuers (IPAV), a member of National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA), with a City & Guilds Level 3 Diploma in Property and a BSc (Hons) degree from QUB, Johnny is a true industry professional.
He will be responsible for leading an experienced and committed sales team in developing all aspects of the company’s portfolio, growing their market share and developing the quality of service synonymous with the GOC Estate Agent’s brand.
In addition of New Build, Sales and Letting, GOC Estate Agents offers support to clients in all aspect of their house sale and move. The service includes dealing with all aspects of selling as well as advice regarding solicitors, removal companies, presentation for the market, house clearance, gardening and furnishing.
The company prides itself on making what can be a stressful, emotional process as comfortable and stress-free as possible.
