PINGiT launches latest mobile technology for housing market

Share

PINGiT is the newest mobile-based marketing innovation in the UK housing market.

Estate agents, vendors and house-hunters will all benefit from PINGiT. It provides an entirely new user experience for people searching for properties to buy or rent. PINGiT has been developed by local entrepreneurs working together with market-leading Countrywide Signs, based near Leicester.

PINGiT saves house-hunters time as they can just walk up to a For Sale board, scan the QR code and instantly get the price, details and take a look around the property using our unique Active Floorplan. Estate agents can ask the house-hunter to rate the property giving them vital feedback and appointments to view can be arranged there and then.

The first UK estate agent to use PINGiT is IPS Estate Agents of Leicester. The owner of IPS, Kam Johal, says “We were immediately impressed with PINGiT, it’s really going to benefit our business. In the housing market being quick to innovate is key. IPS Estate Agents was the first noncommission agent in Leicester, the only one with an 80 inch screen display and now we’re the first to get PINGiT. It’s going to change the way we sell and let properties.’’

Simon Smith of Countrywide Signs says, “QR codes have been available in the property market for some time but until PINGiT they were not an ideal solution. Now PINGiT provides all the details for the house while you’re standing outside, GPS means you only need one code per agent, the Active Floorplan is superb to use and we are delighted to be a part of this great new product launch.’’
