Leading Northern Ireland sales and lettings agency John Minnis Estate Agents has been shortlisted for three UK-wide industry awards.
The Belfast/north Down agency, with three offices, in Belfast, Holywood and Donaghadee, is just one step away from becoming the best small estate agency chain in the UK, best regional letting agent and best regional sales agent, at the tenth annual Estate and Letting Agent Award (ESTAS).
The hat-trick of success means the home-grown business with 15 staff is the only agency in Northern Ireland to be nominated in best small chain in the UK category, and one of only two regional businesses shortlisted in the best lettings and residential categories.
The nomination follows last year’s ESTA success when the JMEA Donaghadee and Holywood team scooped gold and silver in the best lettings agency in Northern Ireland category.
Director of the company, John Minnis and members of his team will be attending the glittering award ceremony at the Hilton Park Lane Hotel in London on 19th April.

The winners at the ESTAS are decided by research with customers across the UK and nominations range across 17 categories.
Gold, Silver & Bronze Winners will be announced at the 10th annual ESTAS ceremony on Friday 19th April at the Hilton Park Lane London.
