Following the sell out release of phases one and two, the third phase of the Belfast development began construction at the end of last year.

The final phase includes an array of new house types, including three and four bed, semi and detached homes. There is also a three storey, five bedroom detached home. All properties benefit from excellent views across Belfast Lough.

A play area is also incorporated into the new phase, keeping with the family friendly approach of the new scheme.

Resting on Belfast’s Ballygowan Road, Castlehill has been designed to interest a range of home buyers. All houses have been completed to the same high quality turnkey finish.

A major benefit of the Castlehill development is its stunning semi-rural location, combining the tranquility of the countryside with the vibrant south east of the city.

Ballyhackamore and Ormeau are only a short drive away, offering a collection of top cafes, restaurants and boutiques. The development also offers easy access to a number of excellent schools.

Residents at Castlehill can enjoy the great outdoors with a choice of beautiful parklands on their doorsteps. Riverside walks aren’t too far away either. Golf fans can hit a hole-in-one at the acclaimed 18 hole Shandon Park Golf Club while cyclists can take in the sights at the magnificent Comber Greenway.

Darren Farnan, marketing manager of Braidwater, commented on the launch: “Demand continues to be strong for Castlehill as the development matures and home owners move in.

“With phase three, the last phase of the development, the design of the site begins to take shape with a future play area the main feature ensuring a family friendly element.”
