Work has now finished on Belfast’s newest apartment block on the Ormeau Road.
Bristol based development company, Barnett Developments, have fully launched the £19m development, Portland 88. The properties feature smart technology and a car lift for residents use.
The company has highlighted that over 50% of the apartments sold before the official launch of Portland 88.
These apartments won the Smartest Homes award at the Belfast Telegraph Property Awards last year.
Prices range from £175,000 for a one-bed to £289,000 for a three-bed.
