New England charm at Rivenwood development

The award-winning Rivenwood development in Newtownards marks the start of 2020 by launching 18 new houses.

Fraser Homes, who are behind the distinctive Rivenwood development, will be offering a choice of eight house styles within the latest release.

Along with the news of the latest release, the company will also be opening the show village at the popular development on Sundays from 2pm – 4pm.

This show village allows potential buyers to see firsthand how exquisite these new homes are with six furnished houses designed by interiors expert, Cyril Fulton.

Since opening in September 2019, this show village has been visited by over 1,500 people, highlighting the demand for these stunning properties.

Since the development launched in 2016, over 135 of these decadent dwellings have sold. The last release in September seen all 22 homes sold within a few weeks.

There are 18 properties with eight different house types in the latest release. These include two and three bedroom townhouses, two and three bedroom bungalows, two styles of three bedroom semi-detached houses and finally, a choice of three and four bedroom detached homes.

It is easy to see why the Rivenwood development has become one of the most sought-after places to live in North Down.

In a fresh design concept, the exterior of the properties include New England clapboard cladding. The exterior reflects the fresh interiors which have a contemporary and chic shaker style feel.

The properties are finished to the highest of standards with high ceilings, wood burning stoves, beams and large windows, allowing natural light to illuminate the area. Some of the dwellings also include vaulted ceilings.

The New England style is further complemented through the classic bathroom and kitchen finishes.

The new show houses can be viewed via appointment through the agent or during an open viewing on Sundays from 2pm until 4pm.
