McClearys Estate Agents are delighted to announce the opening of our new Belfast office.
These new premises look amazing and McClearys is delighted and very proud of their final product. They didn’t move far from their old premises – in fact just next door. The new office can be found at 142 Cregagh Road. Occupying a prominent position situated at the corner of the Bells Bridge Roundabout with views of Ladas Drive, Mount Merrion Avenue and indeed the Cregagh Road.
Their company profile is growing and where in a vigorous hunt for a new office. The aim was to meet their expansion goals and cater to their growing number of clients. They didn’t want to move far away from the area which has been their core business for the last 37 years. But their old premises was limited in size and they needed a newer bigger base to work from. When the new unit came available just next door they knew straight away that it would be perfect. After several months of refurbishment, the new look is complete.
