Sales of £1million homes in Northern Ireland have increased since the start of 2020 despite lockdown, according to new data from Savills and TwentyCi.

From January to the end of September, 22 properties in Northern Ireland sold for more than £1million. This is a 5% increase from the same period in 2019.
