Leading estate agency John Minnis is this month celebrating an extensive renovation and innovation development in their original Holywood office and a complete agency rebrand.
The new state-of-the art branch, with prime position on Holywood’s bustling High Street, now boasts a complete interior redesign to accommodate the growing team as well as cutting-edge 46” touch-screen technology, allowing clients to view specifics of their expansive rental and sales portfolio at a touch of a fingertip.
The new exterior and interior project was expertly designed by leading interior designer Lee Austin Design, using a warm, welcoming, contemporary, muted colour scheme. John Minnis explains, “I also intend rolling this out to the Donaghadee branch. The Belfast office is brand new with a more minimalistic contemporary feel. Holywood has been tailor made to give full impact to our unmissable corner position at the Maypole, and particular attention was given to the historic surrounding town-scape.”
The company rebrand will include a new suite of property brochures, For Sale/Sold, To Let/Let boards, and super sophisticated website, all changed in line with the new design. The latest cloud based computer system will also ensure that the team remain ahead of the competition.
John Minnis launched the Holywood office in July 2005, and since then the business has grown from strength-to-strength whilst still retaining many of the original team and core service values. JMEA are now involved with property sales and lettings across the province with a three strong office network.
This leading sales, lettings and property management agency, has played its part in a resurgent property market and recently reported a 33 per cent increase in business compared to the same period last year.
Plans are a-foot to recruit a further five members of staff by March 2014 to deal with the growing demand and regrowth in the property market. “We are currently recruiting energetic property professionals and would invite CVs from anyone with a skill set that would complement our technology and service focused team”.
