Lough & Quay Estate Agency has been shortlisted for the 2013 Irish News Workplace & Employment Awards. The company will be hoping to be honoured for ‘Managing Talent’ at the Titanic gala awards ceremony at Titanic Belfast on Thursday 13th June.

Lough & Quay, now in their fifth year of business, specialise in residential sales, lettings and property management, the dynamic organisation has gone from strength to strength under the direction of Managing Director Kelly McAllister, who has worked steadily to not only attract top talent but ensure that the company retains and motivates all employees to perform to the highest standards.

The organisation recognises that their strong position is due to the loyalty and commitment of staff and their open approach to business. The company firmly believes that Lough & Quay’s success to date is due to the commitment of management to finding and nurturing talented employees.

The judges for the Irish News Workplace & Employment Awards will be looking for an organisation which can demonstrate an innovative and effective approach to managing fresh and experienced talent from apprentice to boardroom level.
