The Estate Agent & Letting Agent Awards 2009 took place on 8th April, at the Marriott Hotel on Grosvenor Square, London.
The only awards in the industry which are voted for by customers. These awards recognise the highest standards of customer service in the estate and letting agent industry based on research conducted amongst sellers, buyers and landlords throughout the UK.
To win one of these prestigious trophies is not easy. It requires an agent to achieve a consistent high level of service to their clients over a 12 month period.
The Awards are open to all estate agent & letting agent offices in England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.
Pinkerton Murray and McClelland Salter were award winners in the Northern Ireland Letting Agent Category. This was in recognition of their outstanding service to their customers and expertise in their field.
