‘Learning 2 Let’ is a landlord training programme aimed specifically at helping registered private landlords to better understand their legal and regulatory requirements, as well as those of their tenants.

Having been running in all major towns and regions of Northern Ireland since April 2016, ‘Learning 2 Let’ is now being offered as an online training course, delivered through a simple interactive learning portal.

As a result of this digital initiative, Northern Ireland’s private landlords can now avail of this 3-module training course in their own time, at a place of their choosing.

But you know what’s best of all? Because this programme, which leads to a Level 2 Award in Letting and Managing Residential Property, is supported by the Department for Communities (DfC), the total cost is *just £75 per learner.

 Registration deadline & course details:

As this course is online, learners can undertake each module in their own time. However, as the deadline for submission of module one coursework is 26 November 2018, all course registrations must be received by Wednesday 7 November 2018.
