John Minnis Estate Agents Ltd ‘Sunday Times Estate Agent of the Year 2016’


John Minnis Estate Agents have been awarded for their exceptional and innovative customer service at the Estate Agency of the Year awards 2016. The Sunday Times and Times awards are the longest running, most sought after and prestigious in the industry.

The awards, held on 2nd December, were presented at The Hilton London Metropole in front of over 650 leading estate agents by celebrity guest, Martin Kemp.

The ceremony marked the culmination of a rigorous judging process carried out by a panel of industry experts, who assessed entry submissions before conducting an extensive review of the entrants. This included multiple telephone interviews and mystery shopping exercises, all overseen by the Property Ombudsman. Over 6,000 offices were judged!

Industry leading judges extolled John Minnis Estate Agents as a prime example of a modern estate agency, writing in their report that “This is a great business with detailed strategy for growth who aim to gain a client for life.”
