An exciting office development has been unveiled on Kildare Street in Newry.
The Granite Exchange presents a modern approach to office space. The redevelopment of the former Smyth’s Sports shop offers a flexible range of fully-furnished office sizes, meeting rooms and co-working spaces.
Meeting rooms hold up to 10 people whilst office suites range from 1-3 person.
Two fully-fitted kitchens and shower facilities were installed in the refurbishment.
The owner of Granite Exchange, Jonathan McKeown, described the £1m investment in the project as ‘significant’. He stated the concept was to make paying for office accommodation as simple as possible.
Air-conditioning, high-speed internet, wi-fi, a key fob entry system and a dedicated reception team are also included in a monthly fee.
Mr McKeown stated the inclusive monthly fee covered items “often over looked when an organisation has to look after a building themselves”.
The first occupants have been identified as Newry Chamber of Commerce and Trade Limited.
Chamber chief executive Mary Meehan said: “Granite Exchange offers Newry Chamber a city centre location in high-spec, affordable, modern premises.”
