A large plot of land and industrial unit beside The Outlet retail park have both gone on the market.
The 18.8 acre Bridgewater Park site also has planning permission for 58 business units, and includes a new-build industrial unit of 19,000 sq ft set on a two acre area.
It’s just beside The Outlet retail park and Tesco store on the outskirts of Banbridge, Co Down.
The property is available as two separate lots, according to commercial property firm Lambert Smith Hampton. No price has been disclosed.
Philip Smyth, associate director of agency at Lambert Smith Hampton, said: “We are encouraged by the level of interest, given it only went on the market for sale 10 days ago.
“The property comprises two separate lots. Offers are being invited for the entirety or on an individual lot basis”.
Just last month, it emerged that The Outlet, and Junction One retail parks, had both gone on the market with an overall guide price of around £60m.
The shopping park giants were put on the market by London-based property firm DTZ.
They are the latest retail assets to go on the market, after Fairhill Shopping Centre, formerly owned by Sam Morrison, was sold to UK-based Rockspring Property Investment Managers for £46.5m.
And three other major retail properties were sold this year for a combined £53m.
Lisnagelvin Retail Park in Strabane was sold for £16.7m to M&G Real Estate, while Pradera and Tristan Capital Partners acquired the Showgrounds Retail Park in Omagh for £26.7m.
