She is only 18 but already the Kardashians’ little sister Kylie Jenner is moving up the property ladder. The teen media and makeup mogul is trading up from a 4,851-square-foot, mock-Mediterranean house in Calabasas, California where half sisters Kourtney and Khloe own homes to a 7,040-square-foot estate in Hidden Hills.
The young Jenner paid $6 million for the six bedroom, 6.5 bathroom mansion, according to property records and Variety. It sits on 3.15 acres alongside open, undeveloped space and features a double-height foyer, walk-in wine cellar, wide-plank wood floors, and a kitchen with two islands.

Tom Cruise
Actor Tom Cruise has just bagged $40 million from the sale of the Beverly Hills home he shared with ex-wife Katie Holmes.
The sale comes six months after Cruise also sold a Hollywood Hills compound to actress Eva Longoria for $11.4 million. He has made almost $10 million on the sale of the Beverly Hills house which he bought it in 2007 for $30.5 million.
The 10,000-squarefoot mansion has seven bedrooms and nine bathrooms, a tennis court, swimming pool, and a pair of guesthouses.
He is also looking for a buyer for a 298-acre estate in Telluride on sale for $59 million. The actor spent about 20 years amassing the land, which is roughly the size of Monaco.
