Selena Gomez is set to make a tidy profit on the sale of her Los Angeles home.
The on/off girlfriend of fellow pop superstar Justin Bieber has listed the cottage-style property for just over £2 million.
She bought the three-bedroom home for £1.6 million last May.
Sitting behind a gated circular drive, it comes with a library, cinema, pool, guesthouse and she even had a yoga studio installed.
The singer and actress is also currently selling a house in Texas for £2.24 million.
