Sandra Bullock has put her Hollywood home on the market for almost a million pounds more than she paid for it.
The Oceans 13 star bought the house for £1.29m in 2001 and has just listed it for £2.27 million.
The actress has been renting out the 3,153sq ft space since 2015, after living there for 17 years.
The four-bedroom house, which has a pool and spa, is just off the famous Sunset Boulevard and around the corner from A-list haunt Chateau Marmont.
