The Hunger Games star, who has been named by Forbes as highest-paid actress in Hollywood for the second year running, bought the property before she shot to fame.
Not far from the beach, the 1,413 sq ft two bedroom house sits in one of California’s hotspots.
Lawrence had originally put it on the market for £1.27m.
Her current home in Beverly Hills is a five bedroom mansion worth £6.02m.
