Listed for $2,995,000 itis a modern villa style property with lots of wrought-iron railing detail and ornate French doors.
Outside there is a covered space for relaxing, a saltwater pool, and lawns. Butler is currently on the road with Black Sabbath on a farewell tour, dubbed “The End.”
COUNTRY star Gretchen Wilson is selling her Nashville home complete with recording studio for $1.7million.
Before she does though the singer plans to record one more album there this month.
Interest is already high in the property among the music industry because of the recording studio’s foot-thick walls.
The house, which was marked down from$2.7 million, sits on 16 acres and has four bedrooms, five bathrooms, a three-car attached garage plus another three-car detached garage.
The Grammy award winning singer is also offering to sell her recording equipment separately.
