At only 19 Kylie Jenner continues to build an impressive property portfolio and has just splashed out $4.5million on her third home in the posh Calabasas in Hidden Hills in California.
Her latest purchase is right next door to the $6,025,000mansion which she bought in May.
Reports say that she plans to use her new four bedroom, four bathroom property as workspace for her recently launched cosmetics line.
It is a luxury 5,000 square foot mansion with an outdoor pool and spa and a small vineyard.
Her third home in The Oaks, California was a large estate she bought for $2.6million just over a year ago and which she put back on the market in June for $3.9million.
Her mother Kris, sisters Kim, Khloe and Kourtney all live close by in the same plush neighbourhood.
Former child star Eve Plumb, who played Jan on the “Brady Bunch,” has just made a packet on a house she bought as an 11 year old in 1969 for $55,300.
The property which is a cosy cottage off Pacific Coast Highway and which comes with a stretch of private shoreline in the secluded Escondido Beach has sold for $3.9million.
The five-room property is just 600-squarefoot and the new buyer is believed to be planning to tear it down and build a new 3,500 sq ft home.
Plumb used the house as a holiday home.
Today the 58-year-old who played the attention-starved middle child, Jan, in the iconic family sitcomfrom1969 to 1974 still does some acting and played the auto-shop teacher Mrs Murdock in Fox’s musical production “Grease: Live” earlier this year.
