Belvoir Lettings have just published a report reviewing activity from their South & East Belfast offices in the first quarter of 2011.
The offices deal mainly with rental property in their respective areas, and within Belfast City Centre.
2011 has seen a bright start with the volume of properties rising compared to Q4 2010 and the same period last year. Overall activity has been excellent with high levels of enquires indicating a strong demand for rental properties. Coupled with good quality property availability the outlook looks positive for 2011 for the rental sector.
