The Property Awards showcase excellence in the industry providing a platform for estate agencies, developers, architects, designers and contractors to highlight the extraordinary work they have accomplished in the past year.

This year we have 14 categories covering a wide range of sectors within the property industry such as design, build, buying and selling. Entries are open now so check out what categories listed below would fit with your business.
When are the Belfast Telegraph Property Awards?
The 2019 Awards will take place on Friday 15th November at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, Shaw’s Bridge. Join us with your colleagues for a celebration lunch hosted by Pamela Ballantine. Who picks the winners?
The winners are chosen by an independent panel of judges led by Professor Alastair Adair, deputy vice-chancellor of Ulster University.
The other judges are Daryl McIntosh, National Association of Estate Agents; Padraig Venney, National House Building Council; Arleen Elliott, NI Law Society; Dan Corr, chair of the Chartered Institute of Housing; Donal McRandal, president-elect of the Royal Society of Ulster Architects; Susan Mason, acting regional director Northern Ireland, RICS; Mark Graham, CEO of Co-ownership Housing and Terry Robb, head of personal banking NI, Ulster Bank.
