Last week, entries for the Belfast Telegraph Property Awards in association with Electric Ireland opened and this year there are more categories than ever before.
This year’s awards will take place on the 16th November at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Belfast and will play host to 100s of Estate Agents and Professionals within Real Estate
Entries for this year’s Property Awards are now open and there are 14 categories.

- Commercial Development of the Year, sponsored by Carson McDowell
- Architectural Practice of the Year (Commercial), sponsored by Savills
- Commercial Fit-Out of the Year.
- Residential Estate Agency of the Year, sponsored by Progressive Building Society
- The Residential Lettings Agency of the Year, sponsored by TLT
- Residential Development of the Year, sponsored by First Trust Bank
- Architectural Practice of the Year (Residential), also sponsored by Savills.
- Our final awards include: Property Deal of the Year, sponsored by Wilson Nesbitt
- Best Interior Design of the Year
- Best Property Marketing of the Year, sponsored by Barrett
- Innovative Use of Smarthome Technology, sponsored by Openreach
- Young Agent of the Year, sponsored by Mills Selig
- Young Architect of the Year, sponsored by RTU
- Best Property Management Company.
