Leading hotels group Andras has finished a 60-bedroom extension to its Holiday Inn Express in south Belfast, totalling £5m.
The hotel, based on University Street, has been enhanced to include underground parking and an additional two-storey bedroom wing.
The work was completed by MSM contracts who are furthermore in the process of refurbishing Andras Crowne Plaza Hotel at Shaw’s Bridge.
Rajesh Rana, director of Andras said: : “The past number of years have seen us invest over £25m into our properties and the economy of Belfast.
“Our extension at Holiday Inn Express will help meet the growing demand for mid-range hotel accommodation in the city.”
It’s an exciting time for Andras, who are also opening their sixth property in Belfast- a new Hampton by Hilton in the City Centre.
