The second phase of a major private housing development in South Belfast is under way.
Ballyclare based developers, Hagan Homes, said the second stage of the £10.5m development will produce 14 three-bedroom semi-detached dwellings. The prices will start from £145,000.
Once complete, this project will consist of 76 high quality homes built in the Kitchener Drive and Frenchpark Street area.
All 24 properties constructed since June 2018 in the Seventy Six South development have been purchased.
It is expected that this project will be completed by 2022.
Hagan Homes have highlighted that approximately 50 construction jobs have been created so far.
The developers said they have been encouraged by the speed the houses have sold to date.
