Neptune Group, the developers of new housing development Ollar Valley, have had to release additional homes to meet the high demand they are facing.
Creighton Boyd, Neptune Group director, said more than half of the 59 three and four-bed homes have been sold. Priced between £140,000 and £230,000, the company will open a new show home tomorrow at its Ballyclare development.
“The opening of this show home reflects our continued confidence in the local housing market and our commitment to creating properties of exceptional quality and superior design without compromise”, stated Mr Boyd.
“We currently have in the region of 110 employees working on the Ollar Valley site and are in the final stages of providing a new roundabout on the Templepatrick Road which is a major improvement to local infrastructure.
“With a gross development value in the region of £10m, the local construction sector in Northern Ireland will benefit greatly from Ollar Valley.”
Based in England, Neptune Group now owns numerous housing developments in Northern Ireland.
Country Estates and Colliers New Homes are joint agents for the new development, with David Menary of Colliers stating: “We’ve been delighted by the Northern Ireland market’s response to the homes on offer at Ollar Valley prior to the first handovers.”
