It’s hard work trying to sell more than one house at the same time, but the lead singer of Maroon 5; Adam Levine, is doing just that.
The two homes he shares with Model wife Behati Prinsloo, are located in New York’s Soho & Beverly Hills.
So while preparing for the birth of his first child and his 11th season as a coach on the American version of ‘The Voice,’ he is also selling two houses on opposite coasts! (Talk about living a busy lifestyle!)
Their one bedroom, 2800-square-foot SoHo apartment was listed to buy for a generous $5.5 million and was quickly swept of the market.
The married couple felt they out grew the one bedroom apartment and with their little bundle of joy on the way, it was time for an upgrade.
The apartment was originally a three bed, but Levine converted the three bedrooms into one larger master suite, perfect for the celebrity high life.
Built in the early 1900s, the apartment is located on a cute cobble stone street. The interior design consists of brick wall features with aches, columns and massive 13-foot-high ceilings and large windows. (We certainly would not like to be the one painting this bad boy or cleaning the windows!)
