A new concept in luxury living

Share

The launch of FX is a first for Belfast, bringing a unique concept in luxury living to the city centre.

Named in honour of the city’s burgeoning film and TV industry, the homes are aimed at people who appreciate the finer things in life.

Enjoying a top location just off Chichester Street, 100 yards from city hall, these one-bedroom properties are a new kind of residence.

With interiors created by a team of top designers from London and a concierge welcoming you to the prestigious building, these properties are aimed at those who truly enjoy the finer things in life. The building features a residents’ lounge, a rooftop garden and private gym.

The residents lounge can be used for business meetings or for pleasure such as the ability to book it for your own private cinema screening and enjoy the use of an inbuilt coffee machine, wine fridge, open gas fire and wifi enabled projector connected to Netflix and Amazon Prime Video.

The impressive interiors makes the FX building look like a high end lobby in an exclusive, five star hotel. Finished with oversized mirrors, doors and lights, this entrance set the tone for the grandeur that awaits within.

Clever design and modern technology makes these one bed residences work in every sense. Space planned and designed by the award-winning team of Day True interior architects, the residences themselves are undeniably exquisite. It is evident from the high-standard of finish that the team have clearly considered every detail.

The abundance of light in the living spaces is immediately apparent upon entering these luxurious homes. These areas are perfectly framed with a matt grey Rotpunkt kitchen, and a herringbone engineered floor.

Vast floor to ceiling windows enhance the feeling of space whilst pocket doors open into wall cavities rather than into living spaces.

The top of the range kitchen features an inbuilt hot water tap, a Siemens oven which also steam cooks and microwaves maximises cupboard space and an induction hob boils water in half the time of a normal hob.

The simple but opulent bedroom features a rich velvet rug set into the herringbone floor and framed with a brass trim.

Featuring high end materials like Corian and exclusive brands like Hansgrohe’s Axor range and Rexa, the bathrooms are all seriously impressive. Every detail from the taps to the light switches has been carefully considered by the Day True team.

The technology in these properties further elevate it to new heights of luxury. A handheld Dyson V8 Absolute is integrated into the bespoke, fully fitted Gessi walnut bedroom wardrobe. Multi room wiring is standard and you also have the option to control your heating from your smart phone.

Day True owners Tony Robson and Hayley Tarrington explain what brought them to Northern Ireland: “It all started with a mutual connection and a chance meeting at our showroom in London.

“At Day True, we spend most of our time trying to give people a sense of space in a city where real estate is reaching ever more astronomical fees.

“Alan Fraser, the man behind FX saw our work and thought we would be able to use our expertise to add something very unique and different to this project.”

Mr Robson added, “We want people to feel good when they enter an FX residence. We want their home to work for their lifestyle. We want everything they touch to remind them they are living somewhere special.”

The first of these superior homes will be available by next April.
