20 properties were sold within 48 hours at Rivenwood by Fraser Houses, one of Northern Ireland’s newest village developments.
Located off the Movilla Road in Newtownards, the £200 million scheme is one of the largest new-build housing developments in Northern Ireland. Over 155 properties have been sold to date, highlighting the strong demand for this development from buyers.
