A 1000 new homes will be built in Northern Ireland as part of a £180m project. The project is one of the biggest investments in recent years and has been brokered by Simon Brien Residential. The new houses are expected to be priced between £120,000 and £400,000.
Fraser Homes Limited and Gandrum Holdings Ltd have entered into an agreement to deliver the 1000 homes.
A partnership for 1000 new homes
David Fraser of Fraser Homes said:

It is very important in a rising marketplace because it will provide new, high-quality homes in areas of high housing demand. Bringing Fraser Homes and Gardrum Group together in this way can only be good for the Northern Ireland housing market. A steady supply of new homes to be coming to the marketplace almost immediately as a result of this agreement.”
